Carisa,
I know this week has been busy and potentially overwhelming. Between the time differences and our schedules, we've been playing a bit of phone tag so I wanted to take a moment to check in with you.
You indicated in your last message that while you were feeling a bit rushed, generally you felt you were doing well. There are a few things I would like you to focus on and consider.
1. I know your current schedule is erradic at best and it can be increasingly difficult to maintain any semblance of a routine. That's why it is especially important to schedule time for meals, so they don't get overlooked for any reason. Did you discuss this with Mike, as we talked about? How has that been going?
2. When we last talked, you were concerned about being back after having such a bad experience last year. How is your comfort level? Have you hit any bumps that concern you? What did you do when you came to these challenges?
3. This may be something better left for in person, though I know you've said you don't know when you'll be back in Austin, but I'm still concerned with your flight anxiety. Particularly with these recent long trips, and you'd mentioned more potential travel for a film coming up soon, I think this is something we really need to tackle. I know you're very hesitant to take anything, but I'd at least like to discuss some other options and see if we can come up with some sort of plan that will give you confidence moving forward.
Please let me know how you're doing, and if there is anything I can do to be of assistance. And I hope you're finding time to enjoy yourself!
Dr. Cynthia
